Extra Space Storage at 10192 Linden Avenue, Bloomington, California.

After being RUDELY turned away from my reservation at Public Storage, (due to a family member having missed a call to "schedule an appointment" to set up a storage locker), I spotted this place down the street from the parking lot. Upon arrival, Ana came out with a smile and told me that she could and would assist me -- not only did Ana set me up with a locker, but she was able to provide me with the correct size AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!! The manager at the other location also met us with a smile. See my next five-star review for my great experience at the location that we are actually using. If you must store your items, extra space storage IS the place to use!

My experience with Extra Space Storage was awesome! I was helped by Ana, she is very friendly and her customer service is excellent, she answered all my questions and really cared about her customers needs. I recommend to anyone looking for storage.
